Landmark Hotel FAQ

As a hotel, rooms are paid for in advance on a rolling 28 day basis. Yes you agree to some terms but not a traditional rental contract. There is no contract nor deposit.

The suite is available for as long as you require it. We will not rebook your suite until you give us notice. Occasionally upgrades become available.

There is no maximum time for a continuious stay. Longer stays are charged 4 weekly in advance. Short stays are fixed and charged in advance.

Where there is a same day changeover, check-in will be from 4pm. We will meet you on arrival and show you around. Once you have your access fob, you are free to come and go at your leisure. There is no traditional reception desk but we are available when needed.

Yes, there is free parking, covered by CCTV cameras. One space per suite. There is a village car park 200 yds away for additional vehicles.

We have a large heated conservatory with comfy sofas and a 60" smart TV with Sky. Double doors leading to the furnished patio. Also see our information page about the local activities in and around Chiseldon.

Basic facilities, a kettle, microwave and fridge, are found within every room. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with ovens, hobs and a large freezer.

There is an industrial washer and dryer, which washes and dries exceptionally quickly – a small fee of £5 is charged for a wash and dry cycle.
